Return Clerk

Inspect and verify products and merchandize worth returning back. Verify and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product returns. Inspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the return’s forms and documents. Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges.

The Return Clerk Position will consist to manage and control:

• WG Pickups Requests • SWAPS • Massagers Returns • Chairs Returns • Reconsignment (Cancellation before and after shipping) • Freight Damages • Warehouse’s errors/Customer changing orders after shipping

In most of our returns processes, usually Customer Experience Team receive the call. Once the call is determined that we are to process a return then a Case is created and assigned to Accounting Team. Accounting Team will double check the Return policies of the Sales Channels and will create RMA and CM under the customer’s account. Then the case will get reassigned to Return Team that will arrange the transportation at the lower cost and manage to monitor that the return is getting back to our warehouse. Our Warehouse Team will inspect and verify the product and sent to repair/refurbish or return into inventory.
