How to take care of your Massage Chair

To keep your chair looking like new, little maintenance is required. If you would like to, we recommend periodically wiping down the chair with a quality leather / vinyl cleaner/ protector. Make sure when you do this that the power cord is plugged in tightly and is not worn. Check all of the zippers to insure they are connected well. You can vacuum the footrest area as it accumulates debris as well.  You may also unzip and wash on a gentle washer cycle all of the inserts for the footrest and arm pockets.  Air-drying them is strongly recommended to avoid shrinking.  Replacements of these fabric pieces are NOT covered under warranty.

What is an Airbag Massage?

Q:

What is an Airbag Massage?

A:

Our chairs are all equipped with airbags for massage. The airbags are located all over the chair to deliver relief to your entire body. These airbags squeeze, compress, knead, roll and swing the body.  When compressing the airbags are working in a wave-like motion to loosen up muscle tension or pushing the muscles deeper into the rollers for a deeper massage. When kneading the airbags are mimicking the motion of human hands to help promote circulation. They even work in wave-like motions on some of the chairs to help smooth away tension. Watch our video for more details!
