What is the Best way to Relocate my Chair?

Q:

What is the best way to relocate my chair?

A:

To relocate your massage chair, you will first need to disconnect the air hose and electrical connection from the footrest. Next, remove the legrest from the chair using the allen wrench that was included with your chair purchase. Then, from the back of the chair pull back on the backrest until the chair is lifted onto the wheels located at the bottom base of the chair. It is also recommended to have someone assist from the front by lifting the front of the chair as you pull back on the backrest for leverage.  Now tilted back and on the rear wheels you can roll the chair easily to its new location

How to Maintain Your Massage Chair

Q:

What can I do to maintain my chair?

A:

To keep your chair looking like new, little maintenance is required. If you would like to, we recommend periodically wiping down the chair with a quality leather / vinyl cleaner/ protector. Make sure when you do this that the power cord is plugged in tightly and is not worn. Check all of the zippers to insure they are connected well. You can vacuum the footrest area as it accumulates debris as well.  You may also unzip and wash on a gentle washer cycle all of the inserts for the footrest and arm pockets.  Air-drying them is strongly recommended to avoid shrinking.  Replacements of these fabric pieces are NOT covered under warranty.

What is an Airbag Massage?

Q:

What is an Airbag Massage?

A:

Our chairs are all equipped with airbags for massage. The airbags are located all over the chair to deliver relief to your entire body. These airbags squeeze, compress, knead, roll and swing the body.  When compressing the airbags are working in a wave-like motion to loosen up muscle tension or pushing the muscles deeper into the rollers for a deeper massage. When kneading the airbags are mimicking the motion of human hands to help promote circulation. They even work in wave-like motions on some of the chairs to help smooth away tension. Intensity How You Like It

Q:

How can I reduce the massage intensity?

A:

Like any form of therapy, moderation should be heeded during initial sessions using lower time intervals, as well as days off between your first few massages.  Additionally using a “throw blanket” on top of the back pad will assist in lowering the intensity level of your massage.  Infinity ™ also has a back pad insert available for purchase to reduce the intensity level in the same manner as the throw blanket.  In addition, to reduce the intensity, you can position the chair to an upright stance. The closer it is to this stance the softer the massage will be. The Auto Programs too, have a significant amount of the massage technique kneading, which has a higher intensity level.  By selecting the manual settings of Tapping, Knocking, and Shiatsu you can experience a more relaxed and softer massage.
