We’ve developed user-friendly mobile apps to make the use of your Infinity iYashi massage chair more convenient than ever. Read on to learn more!

Are there any mobile apps I can use to control my chair?

An Android compatible app is available for the Infinity iYashi. Please contact support at 603-347-6006 for the download file and details, as our massage chair apps are not currently available on the Google Play Store. Our support team will happily send you the Android app file, which you can open on your desired device and install directly from there.

There is also an iYashi iOS app available for users with Apple devices, which can be downloaded from the App Store at https://appsto.re/us/F3AD9.i.

    I was told I need to contact support for the android app for my new infinity iyashi. Could you please email it to me or direct me on how to find it? I could not locate it in the Google Play store.

    Just received Infinity 8500 X3 chair bought at Oshkosh Airventure. . Cannot connect Bluetooth. Also need the app for both android and apple products please. Can you send? Email Address above.

    Also, the foot rollers are very painful to use and its preventing us from using the chair at all. Is there a way to make the foot rollers less aggressive? We are putting towels on the footrests to attenuate it but hope to have a better option.

    Also, when I search “Infinity Massage Chair” in the Google Play store, nothing comes up. You may want to check with your developers. Looks like they have not made this app public. There is a bigger issue here at hand. Above, there are over 8 people having this issue. The app may be private, or it is being blocked by the Google Play store. Please email me for more information, and the link to this app. Thank you.

    We agree with Martin, the foot rollers are painful. We just got the app for the Presidential and it recognizes the chair but no matter what we press on the app it doesn’t control the chair. If we use the remote control, the app shows what the chair is doing but it won’t control the chair.

    I have the infinity presidential massage chair and would like the link for the application to be downloaded to my phone. I could not find it on Google play store. I would love to try that Bluetooth features like of music and remote control access.

    We bought the RiageX3 at the KC home show. The chair suddenly stopped resetting at the end of a cycle and the back rollers won’t move from under the butt. We have ensured the rollers are turned ON, they just won’t move. What do we do? Is there some sort of master reset?
